The manager at the caseys that I worked at needs to not hire her friends, not talk behind the employees backs, pay for her pizzas like everyone has to, and not soread the rumor that an employee has put in their 2 weeks because she wants them to quit right as they are up for review and annual raise.

They care more about how much money they can make verses customer service by making more employees available to tend to their wants and needs. It is about quality not quantity. They want you to do 3 peoples jobs in a fraction of the time it would take 1 person to do a good job.

For the district manager to open her eyes and actually see what is going on in that store with her manager. Talk to the employees. The ones, like me, that have left and moved on since she has taken over.

If the company would just give thier employees the budget hours they need to complete the tasks they are wanting done would be a good start. If you have happy employees you will make for a happier work environment which leads to happier customers.

The customers are the best part. Dont get me wrong. We have some that can be a handful, but almost of all of them are amazing. Since we are such a small town they are all regulars.
