I love my coworkers i work with. They work hard and try to keep a positive attitude. It is hard to be positive with a manager that tells us she doesnt need us, and we are replacable. But we bond over the fact and mt coworkers are always willing to help out when i ask.

Customers.. Manager plays with your Hour's & money.. She always cutting people's hours so they're quit. She took me off the schedule for 2 weeks. I'm Not going to quit. That's too easy for management. I need a job. Have a family to support.

More staff, competent management, actually sending repair guys to fix the damn machines, having me and my few co workers having actually reasonable pay for the work we do especially when there are better paying jobs in the direct area. And for people to stop overfilling the trash.

A new boss. She sometimes do what she thinks can get us by and still allowed on of our coworkers to smoke in the kitchen and has yet to do anything about it.

The kitchen manager listen to me. And very positive in me and company. I wanted to work here. That changed when it came to the scheduling. There not enough people in the kitchen. But hrs. Are being cut.. makes hard everyone including the customers and orders. Sales down.

The way shift leaders be~little worker's in front of the customers. Manager does the schedule. Always short handed, because of scheduling. She cuts the worker's hrs. And always taking people that she doesn't like off the schedule. It's her fault there's not enough people worker's on schedule.
