Have a manager that does her job. Trained in all aspects the store. Communications skills.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My old team was awesome we got along great but after they let the best manager go everyone walked out.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company needs to have someone from corporate come and see for them selves how their decisions affect customers and employees.
