Management, Field consultants, and human resources are unbelievably ignorant. None of them care about bullying amongst staff members, they don't care about managers belittling their staff. They don't care, your a body behind a till that's it.

Absolutely everything needs to be changed, employees need to actually be valued

Better communication, better team work, more support, realistic goals for example not trying to sell 300 wings in a town of 5000 people lol
