I'm just doing this so that I was able to expose these people who are passing up a great employee because of five minutes late and she accuse me of being 10 minutes late but she was so tacky but I didn't even bother to explain to her why don't you look at the Camera footage to see when I came in

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Can't get enough hours to support myself or family. There need to be paid trainings for employees... professionalism in the workplace.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Well for one actually having a gm at our store and not a assistant manager trying to make a schedule and who cuts hours in half because you dont go to work on tour off day. Or only hiring people of there own kind etc.
