Any franchise you work for in the metro by tmobile company just know that they always hide rule books to employees ignoring PTO. The managing structure with Vision Wireless is horrible, one of the worst franchises; Iv'e, ever work for. Out of my 10 years working. Never an oppurtunity in this field.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Open communication to what is expected but overall the company doesnt provide a labor book for employees. PTO doesnt exist with wireless vision.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better managing structure e.g (district managers, cluster managers, reliable managers) and for it to be enforced. Have more district managers. Not yust one.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Have more than one district manager that operates more than 10 stores. They are never seen through months, better managing structure. Not have bogus managers that are lazy.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Taking advantage of their position. district managers are not checking up on managers. My co worker takes 1 hour breaks or up to 2 hours and alwyas calling off. Ive been micro managing for the manager. I dont respect her anymore. They need to hire someone that actually wants to work. Positivity.
