Working at a company for 6 years (Former)there is going to change. But There should be change that shouldn't conflicted with needed process already SET IN PlaCE. I would go into detail but I'm Limited 300 characters to describe my frustrations with the company,management, and associates.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Would be SO much better if management didn't blatantly show favortism in the st.louis area it's absolutely ridiculous.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Questionable pay from other associate, apparently Other newcoming associates are getting Credit for said experience coming in, Not knowing how to do the position. and others are training these associates on how to actually do the job. it's ridiculous, I'm one of those FORMER associates training them
