I have had the worst experience with this company do to COS's and management I have been very disrespected discriminated against and treated unfairly and there's no one that you can really talk to that will listen and actually take action they do not go by policy they make up rules how they see fit
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The only positive thing that I can say is being able to go to work to provide for people who are in need even through the pandemic and the hostile environment we work in
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The store location 6376 cos and management needs to work on how to communicate and talk to their employees without being disrespectful, belittling ,discriminating and without favoritism the workplace has turned into a hostile environment
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It is not so much of the co-workers that need to work on Anythink it is management and cos once again I will state that it has turned into a hostile environment as well as discrimination and favoritism
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager that I interviewed with make me feel very comfortable and welcomed. The front end manager that I was supposed to interview with did not show up claimed she forgot all about the interview so I interview with a different department manager
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It needs to start with new Management in cos they do not know how to separate business and friendship it has gotten so bad a lot of employees have put in notices to terminate employment I feel a visit from corporate is necessary to speak with employees
