Overall I believe my co-workers are good people but everyone seems either checked out or complacent with how things are. We all need to communicate better and get on the same wavelength
Mutual respect, being a team, not degrading others who are not at the same level but are essential to the team.

The different departments could stand to work more cohesively together and communicate more effectively. Some departments work better with each other than others, and other departments feel less approachable.
