What makes you most happy at work?

Putting a smile on customers face by simply asking how they are doing and if I can help them in any way to get them in and outta there yet leaving happier than when they came in the store

Scheduling people better in giving them more pay for how much they work

management either needs to stop threatening jobs and be professional or needs to be replaced.

The staff is horrible, we try to donit right but managers blame us for their mistakes

I went in to work and was laughed at I had to ask what to do because nobody was trying to train me or talk to me until some man talked to me like a slave instead of a new trainee rudely telling me to get in there and dry his dishes. They tried to start drama and the employees and managers

They're slow they're rude to the customers they're drive times are 5 minutes and over because everybody's always out doing whatever outside instead of being inside working

There needs to be a change in management and more of a leadership roll implemented

The customers get met with hostility, just like the workers, if they complain. I have seen and heard many instances of customer verbal abuse.

Responsibilty starts at the top, and while high turnover is problematic, so is bad work ethics and pure laziness. Our store needs to reestablish work expectations and follow through with formal reprimands when coaching is not followed. This shows orher champs the standard.

The manager is crazy and needs to be disaplined

The manager needs to learn how to train new hires with a positive attitude. It seemed like she hated her job, I was only working there a few weeks and she would call me Incompetent when i wasnt trained correctly.

The line takes forever on orders and mostly focuses on line and not the lobby when its open
