I like everyone their but they just dont treat me right they talk about me right in front of me but talk about me in 3rd person they been giving me right ups for everything i do like if it takes me 20 min to coean the bathroom they say it takes 15 min i know it does but sometimes i have to do trash

Not sure I've only been there 2 months

I dont know them but i onow whoever david is fired me for being black and sticking up for this white woman that was racist to me. So i got fires because of all of this and nobody even let me tell what happen they listened to her and that was it

They are very understanding and know how to communicate

Nothing, they allow the GM/HR rep to treat us like crap and get away with everything she does! She only cares about making herself look good! She doesn't care about the employees or the store!

Everyone always helps each other and not being mean to each other either

its good and they have good communication

The only thing I like is we work together as a team

We work as a team, but we don't get recognition for it and we don't get bonuses unless you are a manager, we don't get holiday pay like we should. We don't get raises unless it's 50 cents.

Us little workers are important too. Our safety should be important.

Stop having favorites and stop using new employees as if they're meant to do everything for them when theres like 5 people in the whole store

They need to start that store from the bottom up and retrain the managers the proper way instead of just abusing authority and expecting newbies to get it right the first day

Being understanding and not pick favorites

I feel there need to be more communication between everyone. I also feel like those in management need to care about the concerns of employees more. Not enough listening to issues that need to be addressed. Everyone deserves to be treated fairly & equally.

Making sure shifts are staffed and the schedule is visible to all staff

Everything communication, attendance, customer service everything

Training and overall how to treat humans

Get rid of all the rude miserable managers who yell at us to shut up and amke the line rush and have extramly uoset customers in the lobby yelling becaus edrive through order was wrong again. Acuracy is better then having a "faster time then other Tacobells"
