Most are bilingual and take there job seriously
They are hard workers and very friendly
They are funny know how to keep work intresting and exciting they are always making jokes while we clean when we not busy they always asking if your ok they are fun when they need somthing thry cant get it i offer to get it for them i like to help when they need it or i ask for help when i need it.

They are not the problem there miserable because of the managers that make it hard to work by taking a positive mood and changing it into a negitive and hostile mood that changes the envornment around them. they spread the negitive and make it more work then it has to be.
We have never had a meeting here ever since I been employed here. My coworkers need to actually do their job and stop texting their significant others or stop playing videogames. I can't even persuade any of them to stock their area or clean!!!! This has to be addressed immediately!!

Gm allows them to not stay in store and go out to smoke constantly, take extended breaks to nail shops, encourages bad behavior like throwing things at each other while customers present, defacing vompany property by carving names into things
Better management. Ours is abusive and childish.
