Not getting paid enough, I was promised a promotion with a raise but so far I have been doing the job with no raise. I get scheduled and sent home half way through my shift because of "labor" as well as being FORCED to take a 30 minute unpaid break each shift. Minors get paid more than me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing is positive about this company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication directly with team and between managers. Seems like no one really knows what is going on and so many rules change.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I do not know much about this but my GM seems to hire quite literally anyone. We had a guy on drugs and passing out while making food and she refused to fire him for weeks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have the title of a Team Trainer and still being paid minimum wage. I have been there for over 1.5 years and there is no recognition of that. Minors and new hires are being paid more than me and getting more hours.
