My manager can be very disrespectful and lazy he never tries to help when we're busy and I am a female and I am made to unload the truck and stock everything by myself and I don't think it's fair that no one ever tries to help me and on top of it I have to make all the food and get the orders out

I understand the need to exceed customer expectations, but training and cross training helps all employees fill any role needed so that no one person is burned out by being the closing drive thru order taker Fridays and Saturdays in a store that does $40000 a week in sales.
