What do you like best about the leadership team?

We work as a team, but we don't get recognition for it and we don't get bonuses unless you are a manager, we don't get holiday pay like we should. We don't get raises unless it's 50 cents.

They need to start that store from the bottom up and retrain the managers the proper way instead of just abusing authority and expecting newbies to get it right the first day

My team makes new hires and minors do most of the work. Theu also dont clean during the day so we have to do it from 10 am to 4 am. We dont even get customers that late. We get homeless people that threaten us.

I was told in December i was getting a raise and promotion (back to the position i applied, interviewed, and was offered and have the emails to prove) and have waited now two months doing the job and working the hours while not getting the pay.

I would feel so much better if someone did a evaluation on the people they hire and not just hire them because they look like them. I was supposed to be a manager but instead brought in other people and want me to train them but i wont get paid for that But they dont know anything and they managers

All they do is talk about people in spanish and come to work late and The Area coach dating an employee cause he lets her do what she wants and everybody else gets write ups but all the "african american" get write ups if we 5 minutes late vs them a hour late somebody should do something bout it

The most positive would be those few employees that want to work hard. However they are often overshadowed by those whol only come in to socialize. Often being the general manger making those individual feel powerless to make a difference in the service.

Everying. Not making new hire teens work the night shift from 10 pm to 4 am. Not doing drugs, start cleaning the building during the day. They also serve food all day, they dont change it out no matter what. I do.
