Great package all around good job

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My first day I was shown how to do several tasks and requirements of multiple positions. I learn quickly so I didn't mind. I considered it a way to advance until I realized she was taking advantage of me and over-working me each day. As well as other staff being rude to customers and myself as well.
