Less gossip. No more taking about employees behind their back, no more getting in the face of another employee who talked to a different manager. No shoving employees. No comparing diabetes to a pregnancy. Not treating employees like children.

Recognition goes a long way, and when you feel like you're the only one doing it for your staff and then your higher ups only bring out the bad, it demotivates your staff and hurts the company as a whole. Tired of good people not getting the recognition they deserve.

Some of the workers are my friends or good people that are fun and interactive to be with. They care what you say and are willing to help. Making it feel as if the management is making the lower people fend for themselves.

I have really good kids that just want experience who want to learn. I have also adults wanting a full time job and a decent pay. They all work wonderfully they all know their part and they are all really noce to the customers in the store we get about 60$ tips a day. They are genuine good workers

They don’t explain everything

I was given the false impression that I would be taking orders as it was said "You seem comfortable with cashiering" yet I was not trained proper!ly or long enough to take orders. I ended up collecting. I only learned HALF the cashiering job instead of the FULL job

The line takes forever on orders and mostly focuses on line and not the lobby when its open

leadership bullies in front of customers which has a negative impact on new customers coming to the restaurant. word spreads throughout the customer in what they see and hear in this restaurant. some customers have told me why work here

Hostile work environment, the rules are different, depending on your skin color, even if you are doing the same things. Needs new management, including District management, that does not call employees by their skin color, but by their name.
