I really did love this job. I love taco bell as a company. The reason i gave a low rating was because of my managers except one. If they wouldve been store manager i wouldve stayed. I wish i couldve continued but i had to go.

I did not get one.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The customers were lovely and i got alot of complaments from them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The line takes forever on orders and mostly focuses on line and not the lobby when its open
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Less gossip. No more taking about employees behind their back, no more getting in the face of another employee who talked to a different manager. No shoving employees. No comparing diabetes to a pregnancy. Not treating employees like children.
