What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Quite rewarding bad behaviour and quit taking advantage of the one's that work hard. Quit posting full time positions offering them and only letting them only work 2 days a week at that new position. Not only worry about the numbers and invest in their poeple by knowing what is actually happening.

Being paid according to the heavy lifting and back breaking work I do. Benefits aren't that bad, it would be nice to afford to use them. I've needed full-time in the two years I've worked there, and it seems they only give full time to people who don't want it.

Getting the work done and holding space for members at any time of day. Working in a fishbowl all day can be tiring, so I try to fill counters to get some extra human interaction. Cut meat at a table all day with the same people is mentally exhausting, especially when they complain all day about it
