Good at first when i started on seasonal but after i got hired on permanently things changed. I had an opportunity to work with one of costcos partners and they wouldn't allow it. I would have gotten a pay raise as well as full time which costco was not willing to give me.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Communication and manager change would be great

My coworkers are great and encouraging, managers not so great

communication and not falsely encouraging growth that they aren't willing to give
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with our delivery drivers. Being able to give them a good end to a long day
