What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need stronger leaders with better foresight and decision making skills. We need them to enforce rules that hold employees accountable for their actions
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Work pace is chaotic at times and needs a little more structure. Needs better planning decisions. Alot of product being discarded after a lot of work went into preparation .
