Can't meet or beat SRT times, company employee policies are horrible, our shop needs replaced with a bigger one our shop is too small and antiquated, I don't like how employees are railroaded and fired, the union we have is the absolute worst, I like my fellow employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Was just an interview nothing special.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of us all get along but we have one guy in management that's on a power trip.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Realistic SRT times, employee relations, stay true to the home work life balance, their ridiculous policies regarding the employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can work at my own pace and don't have to worry about SRT time which is almost never but occasionally does happen.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I guess that we have some sort of insurance but it being a world wide company I thought that they would have an excellent insurance program, but our health insurance is horrible.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Don't give an employee time off for shop accidents/workmanship issues that's what insurance is for and quit making employees take vacation time if they are off sick let them decide if they want that option.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't like this companies policies towards their employees not sure if it's just our branch or Cummins Inc but the policies are not fair to the employees not to mention the health benefits/plan is garbage.
