I see them actively pushing the company to a position to stay a global leader in not only manufacturing and traditional products they offer but in new markets and to retain and draw key skills and talent. This extends into the IT enviornment and company benefits such as their live well center.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Dedicated to the company and always focused on trying to contribute to what is the correct thing to do for Cummins. Strong team dynamic and good ability to work in a fashion that supports next person up for the position when we have a gap or support hole.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Increasing workload and pace. Afraid that we are going to burn out teams and lose talent based on the rate at which teams are needing to complete projects with limited expansion of resources that can barely meet the minimal beed of near term initiatives.
