What do you like best about the leadership team?
My team is dedicated to working together to solve customers' issues promptly and effectively. No challenge is considered impossible to this dedicated team of workers. I've never felt more welcomed and excited to work with these people.

In over ten years I’ve worked for Cummins, I’ve never had a boss. Company leadership does an awesome job at training it’s lower tier managers all the way to executives to be leaders, not bosses. I’ve never had a manager that wouldn’t jump right into a problem with me if I couldn’t handle myself.

I was well qualified and they needed help so it was far more them trying to sell me Cummins than testing me.

It shoudl a bit cometitive. The questions were not at all technical, and no training is provided once onboarded.
