Excellent people to work with confident but not prideful. They constantly strive to be the best knowing that the competition is tough and better positioned than Cummins to win (especiallythe vertically integrated engines) unless Cummins can leverage economies of scale and deliver better performance
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was well qualified and they needed help so it was far more them trying to sell me Cummins than testing me.
