What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I have worked for this company for three years. these last 6 months has been the WORST!! we recently received a new GM And I can honestly say he does not know how to manage. I believe he should not be a Manager let alone a general manager. He needs more training.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
February 28 of 2021 it was a very windy morning and afternoon I was scheduled as a server, I come in to my shift on time ready to work And because of Covid we have outdoor patio. The wind blew all the tents away and yet the general manager had me on for four hours not doing Anything, waste of time.

I feel like they need to be more fair and a little bit more understanding to everybody and not pick and choose who they want to be fair to and who they don't want to

You can't make good money here and if you do it's only on holidays or if we have to badger the guests to get more expensive items on the menu. Even then, that doesn't guarantee a good tip with 6 servers on the floor on a very slow night.

Was given the worst sections even after picking up every shift I could.

We often times did not have good clientele. They weren't bringing in enough business which did not bring in any tips. I once made $12 in 6 hours and was not compensated for it.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The general manager treats all of us like we are five years old, he is always hovering and trying to coach everyone, but he does not help out. I feel like I am overworked.

When I first started working there I felt very secure and and wanted and actually really wanted to work there now that we got a new GM everything has changed and I felt like discriminated against and I honestly wasn't happy and I'm not happy when I walk through those doors
