The first two years I loved the company, these last six months I have dreaded coming into work every single day since the new GM has started he needs more training he needs to be interviewed again and again until he knows how to be a team player and does not pick on certain people

I feel like I am being overworked, not heard, and harassed. I feel like I’m being singled out every time
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The general manager treats all of us like we are five years old, he is always hovering and trying to coach everyone, but he does not help out. I feel like I am overworked.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I have worked for this company for three years. these last 6 months has been the WORST!! we recently received a new GM And I can honestly say he does not know how to manage. I believe he should not be a Manager let alone a general manager. He needs more training.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
February 28 of 2021 it was a very windy morning and afternoon I was scheduled as a server, I come in to my shift on time ready to work And because of Covid we have outdoor patio. The wind blew all the tents away and yet the general manager had me on for four hours not doing Anything, waste of time.
