Well in the beginning when I first started my overall experience was great but now I kind of feel like it's a hot mess not a lot of people want to be there they feel like the management isn't being fair sometimes

We all get along and when we want to we can all work as a team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like they need to be more fair and a little bit more understanding to everybody and not pick and choose who they want to be fair to and who they don't want to
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When I first started working there I felt very secure and and wanted and actually really wanted to work there now that we got a new GM everything has changed and I felt like discriminated against and I honestly wasn't happy and I'm not happy when I walk through those doors
