My job at Applebees on 192 Kissimmee, is unfair. The schedules are not fair or equal, some get cut early and the rest stay late but it is consistently the same employees. The managers here do not care due to veterans who has worked here long time and they have the most say.

Interaction and communication in company is outstanding

Respect and flexibility, they are willing to work with me and understand my needs

Personality and team work, we all do great but fairness in management schedules for servers are not right
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Management yell at employees about things that should be addressed professionally. They are not leaders in the sense of doing what is right in certain aspects during a shift, the customers are fine and work is great but fairness is not here at my Applebees on 192 Kissimmee Florida
