Working for this company became more and more overwhelming. The managers like to cut everyones hours according to how much they like you. No one respects each other or the customers.

They need better management skills and learn how to how to respect their employees equally.

My coworkers need to improve in coming together as a team and respecting each other. Everyone is against each other and it creates a hostile environment to be in.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There just needs to be better management skills and for everyone to act more mature. There needs to be better customer service skills as well because my employees and i were only shown how to rush and be rude to the cutomers. Seeing all this makes it really uncomfortable to work for this company.
