I got hired at $10 hr in Monticello, MN, but there's a sign stating starting wages are $13 hr. It appears that the franchise is taking advantage of first time high school students. If starting wage is $13 then everyone should get a pay bump.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There just needs to be better management skills and for everyone to act more mature. There needs to be better customer service skills as well because my employees and i were only shown how to rush and be rude to the cutomers. Seeing all this makes it really uncomfortable to work for this company.
