Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are no benefits or stock investment options. This franchise needs new operators that understand the value of employees.

We don't even get to keep our tips. I was told i was getting a raise because i was doing well and found outbthe minimum wage for the state was raised. We have employees that have been there for several years that haven't received one raise outside of tge state mandated ones.

No meetings, no communication. Demotions are given daily based on owners mood and without cause/explanations.

My co-workers that are not related to the management are great and the only reason i comevto work. Like I previously stated it is the manager and her family that nake it unbearable.
