We are all friendly toward one another for the most part.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, the friendliness. I also see the friendliness from customers as well!
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm honestly just happy that I work in an environment that I can be comfortable in.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It really depends on the manager as far as the interview process goes. They all have a different personality. Our store manager really knows how to interview, especially with thought-provoking questions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I take up a lot of responsibilities and do more than the average employee. I did not get an appraisal last time due to overall numbers. I would like my compensation to show that I am wanted here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like they actually care about their employees. I have seen my managers go extra lengths to make sure that we are appreciated, and they always look for opportunities to help us grow in our positions. I just wish we've had more career advancement opportunities, such as taking courses, etc.
