Listening to employees. Part timers should also be allowed paid time off like full timers since some of them work close to 30-35 hours per week. New equipment in older stores.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our paid holidays. We get 6 paid holidays a year. Two of these are Thanksgiving and Christmas and we are closed both days, unlike many retail companies.

Wages are minimum and the we are asked to do too much to justify the pay.

They pay minimum wage and the raises are 18 cents every year. The pay is horrible.

Promoting people from within the company. We are told that the possibility of promotion is there, but they always hire from outside the workforce.
