Leadership means to me is the act of guiding a team or individual to improve there vision and goals so that the team or the individual can move forward
my leadership team has great communication throughout the whole store!
They try make sure that they store is kept up, start to work as a team, and they make sure that the employees doing there job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Having better communication with there team and have team meeting so everyone is on the same page at least once a month.
Continue to improve productivity through training.

The regular coworkers, no managers or supervisors, are fantastic. They're like friends and always willing to help while still getting everything completed. Everyone gets along and we come together to plan fun things for everyone, such as making a potluck, or dressing up for an occasion.
The team is great, you have to respect people that keep returning to a place that constantly beats you down
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Well some need to follow company rules, and policies as well as being respectful to each other and customer's. I think we should work in no less than two's . Two cashier's always up front. Two greeters/ product recovery. And two floor crew each section of the store. And a manager and assistant.

I believe they aren't friendly xause they are stressed
STOP sticking your head in the sand, and believing the lies..
The slow ones need to be moved to another department and look for more productive workers.

The friendliness and teams from other departments helping each other.

Promoting people from within the company. We are told that the possibility of promotion is there, but they always hire from outside the workforce.

love working in the back on truck days and love working on the sales floor with customers
