They try make sure that they store is kept up, start to work as a team, and they make sure that the employees doing there job.

The regular coworkers, no managers or supervisors, are fantastic. They're like friends and always willing to help while still getting everything completed. Everyone gets along and we come together to plan fun things for everyone, such as making a potluck, or dressing up for an occasion.
The team is great, you have to respect people that keep returning to a place that constantly beats you down
Well some need to follow company rules, and policies as well as being respectful to each other and customer's. I think we should work in no less than two's . Two cashier's always up front. Two greeters/ product recovery. And two floor crew each section of the store. And a manager and assistant.
