It was different back when they interviewed me. We were a group.The manager gave us a little tour around the store and later asked in the individual interview stuff like what did we see that we liked or can be improved. That manager transferred out so now they take whoever is 24/7 available
they hired just about anyone who applies.
Its was all online and over the phone and zoom....very efficient
