Communicating, being clear on what we are supposed to do (especially as new employees).

Having better communication with there team and have team meeting so everyone is on the same page at least once a month.

Frankly everything! But, they could start by being forthright when hiring new associates... example..we don't train you, just do whatever you are told, and if part time, don't expect to receive enough hours to afford the gas to even drive there in the first place..
