What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They don’t hate straight white men as much as other far left liberal tech companies.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 17 days ago

We look out and help each other as a team.

Some of the brightest people are st Amszon. You will learn a ton from everyone, across levels.

My peers and my leadership

Working with unique and creative people

Review from Design Dept

Respect for everyone, no backstabbing in general

Review from Engineering Dept

We all share a common goal, make money and have fun!

Review from Customer Support Dept

Amazon s leadership principles coming to life

Review from Business Development Dept

Work life balance is excellent.

My co workers are positive

Mostly nobody is around to talk to. But it is constant work so no time to sit around and chit chat. I love it and the people are nice.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The music and few smiles I get to see make my day.

Growth focused, with that said not everything is baked

I love my job, i'm helping people, everyday.

Its very laid back, and comfortable.

energy of employees create a positive environment

Always plenty of work if you look for it

Review from Operations Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Treat employee with respect, improve work life balance

More appreciation for worklife balance

senior management level and higher needs to be replaced with an empathetic, supportive team willing to build a culture of psychological safety and trust among the contributing engineers.

Treat humans as humans and not just numbers

Review from Operations Dept

Higher pay, more time off availability. 20 hours of unpaid time isnt enough to take care of emergencies when they arise.

Executive Management, Senior Management, Operational Management, Area Management ... Oh, and nepotism & cronyism need to stop!

We need better communication and more awareness

Review from Operations Dept

Make it a safe place to speak honestly and directly.

Have more activities at work

Less hours everyday and less overtime and less pressure of deadlines, hire more people, treat people respectfully

It's Amazon, they have the culture they want.

Better work life balance, more realistic work loads and metrics.

Better/more training. Not once did I meet upper management while working for this company. The new manager that finally finished his training and took over the team I'm on is cocky but when asked a question looks like a deer in headlights. The PAs run the floor they deserve more support.

better payments, salary increse, bennefits

Review from Operations Dept

Too much churn in management. Lots of $ spent on recruiting but once hired, you're on your own to sink or swim.

Review from Engineering Dept

Work hours need to change

Management involvement is needed in every aspect

Stated before: less prejudices, less cliques, more recognition for veteran employees, less open conversations about religious personal beliefs.

Look more after the time the people is putting into their jobs

Value canaries and whistle blowers; honor diversity
