I didnt feel safe in the pharmacy setting. The store manager was rude and unprofessional. The pharmacists relied on us technicians to handle things out of our responsibilities. When we voiced concerns to anyone visiting the store, they weren't taken seriously. Horrible job/ work life balance.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our registers stop working almost daily. We never have the people we need.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I've contacted the ethics line and spoken to the pharmacy manager about a problematic coworker and no resolution or accountability have came from it. Nothing. This coworker gets away with everything and put more strain on everyone else.
