Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a DC hiring partner we work a lot- and deal with the needs of other DCs and fight to get people to apply. We deserve more then starting 17.

In the position that I hold, I support a number of region level operational leaders, however yearly incentives are not aligned with the work done to support those leaders, and their incentive is 3 to 4 times greater

Compensation not comparable to the job market. Very little options for benefits.

The benefits and compensation are average to below average competitors in the geographical market place and not what one would expect from a healthcare company. Ideally there would be a better PTO Structure, FMLA leave and insurance would start sooner than 90 days post hire

Equity is something I have appreciated and does keep me employed long term. Not fully funding so I don't get it each year was a real disappointment in 2019.
