Retail pharmacy expected to do more with less. Extremely stressful on pharmacists and in turn the technicians. In regards to direct management - there needs to be less gossip amongst colleagues. This creates a hostile work environment.

CVS has competitive pay for sure. However not having sick time at LEAST available for part timers is unfair. Some jobs have paid vacation for part timers and we can't even get a few sick days?

You're consistently expected to do the work of 3 people every shift and if you're not stuck in the drive thru or slow Virtual Verification you're expected to make enormous amounts of PCQ (basically cold calls) calls to ask people to pick up the prescriptions they don't need.

Ask people questions of what they may actually face on the job, not just the silly icebreaker questions.

Interviews are few and far between. The hiring process can take weeks or longer between all the classes and online courses thrown at us immediately. I have yet to see someone actually get interviewed

Too few hours for the amount of work that is expected. When you're allowed to hire someone it takes months to get them on board. You're typically expected to be at 3 different places simultaneously, especially since the start of Covid. If you fall behind District Leaders simply say "work faster."

Like I said in previous posts - the gossip needs to stop. This is the workplace, not high school. I shouldn't have anxiety about what's being said about me and hearing such mean things being said about my coworkers.
