Older employees are being forced out as management looks for ways to either fire or push them into quitting. They do so by dealing all projects and light work to the younger employees as not to burn them out quickly.

Recognize good workers appreciate them. Stop coddling the dead weight. Just because someone can do it all doesn't mean they should have to. Train, coach, check for understanding and set an example. Be fair and firm hire people of diverse backgrounds.

They really don't know how to lead. They make the pharmacists and pharmacy staff feel inadequate for not meeting unrealistic expectations and goals.

Leadership needs to get back to treating their employees as human beings instead of only caring about their bottom dollar. Stop cutting staff and forcing salaried employees to work overtime for no pay to make up for insufficient staffing. This is a healthcare company that does not allow sick days.

Treat stores individually not all stores are the same. Give employees some type of input or at least ask our opinion on things not just the typical surveys that we get once a year that have nothing to do with the running of the store. Btw it takes three people to pull a pallet of water on all carpet

Extreme stress and low moral is prevalent across the entire department. Seasoned employees quit weekly with no new hires to take their place. Remaining employees asked to work overtime with no pay. Management cares nothing about their employees only about their numbers and their bonuses
