Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Older employees are being forced out as management looks for ways to either fire or push them into quitting. They do so by dealing all projects and light work to the younger employees as not to burn them out quickly.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Not applicable as I was part of buy out situation.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management and the leaders are only concerned with their bottom dollar and bonuses.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Stop micromanaging healthcare. These are humans we are treating. We are not manufacturing nuts and bolts.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compared to the elite upper management, the majority of the employees pay a good portion of their healthcare costs.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership has no idea what their staff does on a daily basis. They are completely out of touch with reality.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Coworkers are encouraged by management to undermine anyone and everyone in order to have their own team hit their metrics.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Leadership had changed how they award bonus so that only a very few will see anything despite all putting in equal time and effort.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Certain coworkers will help out despite their own quotas and work. Many others will not or will give incorrect information to make them look better

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Extreme stress and low moral is prevalent across the entire department. Seasoned employees quit weekly with no new hires to take their place. Remaining employees asked to work overtime with no pay. Management cares nothing about their employees only about their numbers and their bonuses

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership needs to get back to treating their employees as human beings instead of only caring about their bottom dollar. Stop cutting staff and forcing salaried employees to work overtime for no pay to make up for insufficient staffing. This is a healthcare company that does not allow sick days.
