We are underpaid compared to people doing the same work at other companies and my benefits once I retire are mostly nonexistent.

Management will does not care about employee feedback to help improve their processes. If safety is an issue, it will be inorged because fixing them would slow or stop production. Management is very hostile toward employees and tells them that "if don't like it go work for their suppliers".

we get things done on time quick to start work and we all manage well together

Teamwork is best I have experienced in my young 8 years of working experience. I enjoy working with my team as we communicate very well with one another about how well we are doing as a team and we are able to criticize one another without arguments.

They are hiring bodies not qualified workers. Less pay and dangerous environment from unskilled labor that they are hiring.

Wage side is fine salary side needs to take more input from the wage employees because we’re the ones doing the work for multiple years and most support staff “engineers” are green or new to the department.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Unrealistic goals and cipp plans. Not following the contract.

If we worked what was scheduled. Scheduled 10 hours and then work 8 almost every day. We can make no plans ever. John Deere likes controlling people's lives. Schedule Saturday on a Monday and cancel it on Friday at 130 after babysitters are already found and plans have been cancelled.
