Management will does not care about employee feedback to help improve their processes. If safety is an issue, it will be inorged because fixing them would slow or stop production. Management is very hostile toward employees and tells them that "if don't like it go work for their suppliers".

If we worked what was scheduled. Scheduled 10 hours and then work 8 almost every day. We can make no plans ever. John Deere likes controlling people's lives. Schedule Saturday on a Monday and cancel it on Friday at 130 after babysitters are already found and plans have been cancelled.
