I have received multiple offers proving my salary/healthcare gripe was not made up. Will be leaving shortly
I feel undervalued because the company is a multi billion dollar company, and don't want to pay their employees who have put wear, and tear on their bodies a fair wage. If you end up with medical leave, or Fmla you are worthless to company. I'd feel better if they treated employees with respect!
Some are wonderful hardworking ethical people. Others take pleasure in making up stories and acting in bad faith alongside manager and hr

The communication we had we were great

Review from Sales Dept
Coworkers are excellent. Moral is poor at best due to Senior President and Vice Presidential leadership, comments and actions
Be more open- minded and progressive and genuine
Too many extremely lazy people who are content to stand around doing as little as possible; protected by a union who is just a liberal political machine
Review from Product Dept
They are hiring bodies not qualified workers. Less pay and dangerous environment from unskilled labor that they are hiring.

Leadership clarity on next goals
Stop with all the DEI, and actually base promotions on MERIT.
just about everything. but no more lying and hostile work environment would go a long way to repairing the culture. pay is low because most jobs are in isolated communities where the company has all the power
Management should not micro manage. Treat all employees fair! Labor Relations should communicate with employees about important situations that could jeopardize their job, and not sneakily terminate someone without a termination letter, or notice! I have seen this happen countless times.
Meeting my boss the first time they tell me I.got the job how much I get n when I can start
Time spent discussing potential opportunities
That I was told to relax while answering my questions. It helped me feel more confident.
