What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The manager, director and head of HR

Leadership clarity on next goals

Stop with all the DEI, and actually base promotions on MERIT.

just about everything. but no more lying and hostile work environment would go a long way to repairing the culture. pay is low because most jobs are in isolated communities where the company has all the power

Management should not micro manage. Treat all employees fair! Labor Relations should communicate with employees about important situations that could jeopardize their job, and not sneakily terminate someone without a termination letter, or notice! I have seen this happen countless times.

Change needs to come from the top

Managers need to show they're employees respect

Fix SIRD gaps, staff appropriately, focus on character and performance

job security, compensation and a new CEO

Review from Engineering Dept

Unrealistic goals and cipp plans. Not following the contract.

Review from Operations Dept

they have a pretty rigid, old fashioned corporate culture. some things work, some don't.

Review from Engineering Dept

I think better leadership skills and more support on nights

Review from Product Dept

Leadership needs to Listen and address employee concerns instead of thinking they know everything

Review from Engineering Dept

If we worked what was scheduled. Scheduled 10 hours and then work 8 almost every day. We can make no plans ever. John Deere likes controlling people's lives. Schedule Saturday on a Monday and cancel it on Friday at 130 after babysitters are already found and plans have been cancelled.
