I was told that i would get a raise when i was promoted, however, a day after my promotion i was told that i would need to wait until yhe next pay period to recieve my new payrate. They never put in my retro pay as promised. Now are they are withholding my check.

Dunkin Donuts will hite anyone with a pulse. Then they expect managers to train new hires while being extremely short staffed which takes away from new employees performance
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication is always nmber one key to success. They have failed to do so. Makng employees work off the clock and use their own money for Dunkin Donuts expenses is wrong and unlawful. Making promises and not keeping them causes hostility and is abusive to employees productivity.
