I dont particularly care for it . Ive never had an assertive manager that ran the floor and had control of the staff . I find many take it too lax ( including food saftey) and use work hours as hang out time . Need more authority or manager training

Not much . There isnt much of an interview process , just filling out paperwork and told when to come in . Ive applied online a couple of times and been told by the owner or manager that they dont utilize the online hiring system and to just come in .
