Very difficult my managers and HR discriminate against me and don't keep in contact with me for a long periods of time to avoid resolving issues of mine. Ive worked very hard for this company and they have taken advantage of me.

Not enforcing removal of break and being more excepting of hours and flexibility
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Responding and resolving issues within crew. Not using their management power above crewmembers with issues by firing them or removing them from schedules or showing favoritism towards employees are the same nationality and discriminating against others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Receiving the sick time that I was denied, not only for being sick with Covid and having to self quarantine but also what I had earned at my first store before they fired me didn't keep in contact for over two weeks and send me to a new location.
