We have no room to work overtime. They will work you for 39.9 hours a week and then force you to clock out before you hit 40 hours. Then you get written up if you go over 40 hours even though it's due to their poor scheduling.

Need to hire a team not just on dayshift. Night shift gets busy too especially in the summer all the frozen coffees and iced coffees and our dunkin has baskin robbins as well so you have icecreams and milkshakes to make as well.

Well, maybe if the owners and upper management didn’t refer to the rest of us employees as “bodies” that would be great. Also, DM attempting to discourage high school age employee from finishing school because “what can high school/ college give you that I can’t give you here?”... are you kidding?
